UK - On-Site Supervisor

Location: Savers Darlington, DL3 0PS, UK — on-site. Night shift: 10pm–6am, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to cover other shift patterns.

Salary: £29,946 per year (£29,000–£30,000 per year).

What you will do

• Manage operational delivery and growth for a global client.
• Plan workloads and deploy labour effectively.
• Manage and motivate the workforce.
• Liaise daily with Team Leaders and Managers and attend management meetings.
• Train and support new starters.
• Produce accurate daily management information.
