What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and maintain high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Support the General Manager in driving financial performance, managing budgets, occupancy, rates, wages, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the brand’s business strategy.
• Monitor service performance, implement brand and regional initiatives, and identify solutions to operational challenges.
• Lead property operations teams and champion the brand’s service vision across the leadership team.
• Manage operational human resources activities, including hiring, performance appraisals, coaching, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, plus 8 years of relevant experience; or a four-year bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or a related professional area.
• Experience managing hotel operations, departmental budgets, financial results, and service performance.
• Experience leading teams, coaching managers, and handling employee performance and engagement.
