General Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global properties by delivering upscale guest experiences, driving growth, maximizing revenue, and controlling costs.
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing local hospitality teams.
• Forecast targets, track property performance, and execute initiatives that improve profitability.
• Translate company goals into local operational plans and maintain a guest-centric service culture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Technology, Finance, and People Services to improve local operations.
• Manage relationships with landlords, asset managers, and property owners while ensuring compliance with applicable market regulations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, management, professional services, or a related field.
• Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making and a hands-on leadership style.
• Strong written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships, work autonomously, and operate effectively in a lean model.
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.

• Experience managing Marriott-branded hotels.
