Analyst Sr Lead, Financial Planning & Analysis (FinTech)

What you will do

• Perform technical analysis to assess present and future financial performance.
• Prepare financial plans, acquisition analyses, operating forecasts, and monthly and annual budget projections.
• Coordinate with organizational and department managers on budgeting timelines and methodologies.
• Track monthly revenue and expenses, compare actuals with forecasts, and recommend adjustments.
• Conduct economic research on returns, depreciation, working capital, investments, and regulatory impacts.
• Prepare management reports summarizing analyses, research findings, and discrepancies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, including financial reporting leadership for one or multiple divisions.
• Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of automation, Power BI, Alteryx, and Agile transformation tools.
• Experience with resource planning and warehousing manpower information.
• FinTech techno-functional experience and strong people management skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle or Hyperion; background in B.Com and MBA Finance, CA, or M.Com.
