Director of Finance

Location: Bangalore, India; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Oversee financial operations, corporate financial planning, and financial structure.
• Manage financial reports, budgets, forecasts, regulatory requirements, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop financial strategies, models, and insights to support growth and strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and provide training and development.
• Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, executives, and the board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems, Excel, financial software, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, leadership, and team management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA qualification.
• Experience in the technology or blockchain industry.
