Senior Financial Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own financial reporting, forecasting, and planning for core engagement metrics including DAU, MAU, and Retention cohorts.
• Develop cohort-based models to identify member journey leakage and quantify the long-term value of improved retention.
• Build complex ROI models for retention initiatives, member reactivation campaigns, and product features.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract raw data and validate assumptions independently.
• Analyze member funnels and unit economics to translate granular data into strategic insights for senior leaders.
• Act as the financial source of truth for Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to help prioritize roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or product analytics, preferably within a tech company.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to navigate complex schemas and join disparate tables.
• High proficiency in GSuite, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Proven ability to synthesize data and articulate recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong discipline in maintaining model integrity and output accuracy.
