What you will do

• Develop and implement engineering concepts for complex product issues and mechanical solutions.
• Design and modify mechanical tooling, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead engineering projects and research and development of new technologies.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical and engineering problems across the product life cycle.
• Generate product specifications and define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests.
• Coordinate procurement, manufacturing, installation, and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of professional experience.
• Deep technical expertise and strong knowledge of the hirify.global product life cycle.
• In-depth knowledge of related disciplines within the engineering function.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information and build consensus.
