What you will do

• Lead mechanical packaging and integration of subsystem infrastructure, including electrical cabinets and power distribution systems.
• Develop and optimize routing strategies for cables, gas lines, and fluid systems to meet serviceability and cost targets.
• Define fab and sub-fab layouts, including facility hook-ups and installation planning.
• Design acoustic, vibration, and thermal enclosures for precision equipment.
• Perform thermal, structural, and vibration analysis to ensure high system performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, systems, and manufacturing teams to drive design reviews and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or similar complex systems.
• Experience designing and integrating systems in UHV or cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in PTC Creo and experience with PDM/PLM systems like Windchill.
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, fluid system design, and electrical cabinet packaging.
• Expertise in cable and tubing routing in highly constrained environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with semiconductor fab infrastructure and facility integration.
• Knowledge of vibration isolation and acoustic design techniques.
• Experience with SEMI standards (S2, S8, S10).
