Location: Santa Clara, United States; 30% travel, including customer and hirify.global fab visits in the USA, Europe, and Asia

What you will do

• Support hirify.global customers and serve as the single technical interface for customer-facing technical sales interactions.
• Develop customized technical presentations and proposals, formulate customer requirements, and communicate the value of hirify.global solutions.
• Own technology demonstrations and drive design-win acquisition strategy, technical gap closure, and design-in issue resolution.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the product and service portfolio and propose solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design solutions, and technology development teams while providing real-time customer feedback.
• Work with account and sales managers to support design-win closure, customer relationships, competitive analysis, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor IC design, system design, semiconductor IC test, or system test.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
• English fluency in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience supporting Power and SiPh work.
• Ability to travel to customers and hirify.global fabs in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
• Strong communication, organization, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Significant experience with advanced-node semiconductor technologies and devices.
• Significant experience with design rules, enablement flows, and tools.
• Strong sales aptitude.
