Litigation Associate Attorney (AI)

Location: Remote; preferred qualifications are tied to a US law school, active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction, and experience at a prestigious US law firm.

What you will do

• Review and evaluate complex litigation and transactional documents, including M&A, private equity, and capital markets agreements.
• Draft sample agreements, contractual provisions, and legal clauses for sophisticated transactional scenarios.
• Analyze legal scenarios involving data privacy, cross-border transactions, contractual risk, and complex commercial matters.
• Develop legal frameworks, evaluation criteria, and structured review rubrics for AI training and evaluation.
• Identify risks, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in AI-generated legal content and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with legal, research, and technology professionals through iterative review cycles.

Requirements

• M&A, private equity, capital markets, and contract drafting experience.
• Experience with data privacy, legal research and analysis, and legal document review.
• Experience handling complex litigation and sophisticated transactional matters.
• JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction are preferred.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious US law firm is preferred.
• Strong written communication, structured legal reasoning, problem-solving, attention to detail, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

• Experience developing, applying, or evaluating structured legal review rubrics.
• Interest in the intersection of legal practice, technology, and AI.
