Focus on drafting agreements and clauses, evaluating M&A, private equity, capital markets, privacy, and cross-border matters, and improving legal training data.
Location: Remote USA
Hourly rate: $140–$400 per hour

What you will do
- Review and analyze complex litigation and transactional documents.
- Evaluate legal materials involving M&A, private equity, capital markets, data privacy, and cross-border transactions.
- Draft sample agreements, legal clauses, and other transactional content.
- Assess AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality, and practical applicability.
- Provide structured commentary, corrective feedback, review criteria, and evaluation rubrics.
- Identify weaknesses in legal reasoning and contribute to iterative improvements of legal training data.
Requirements
- JD from a US law school.
- Active US bar admission in good standing.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious US law firm.
- Strong experience in litigation and complex legal matters.
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, capital markets, or sophisticated contract work.
- Demonstrated expertise in US immigration law, strong legal research and drafting skills, and excellent written English.
