Corporate Attorneys (AI Legal Evaluation)

What you will do

• Review and analyze complex corporate documents, contracts, agreements, and transaction structures.
• Evaluate matters involving M&A, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation.
• Assess AI-generated legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches.
• Annotate and categorize legal data for AI training and evaluation.
• Explain corporate-law concepts and transactional considerations clearly while applying evaluation rubrics and quality standards.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers to maintain legal accuracy and compliance with U.S. practice.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law is required.
• Recent experience at a top-tier BigLaw firm, either currently or within the last three years.
• Strong experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, or capital markets, including high-value transactional matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong legal research, analytical, issue-spotting, written English, and attention-to-detail skills.
