What you will do

• Lead a steady pipeline of domestic and international M&A transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures.
• Provide clear, business-oriented legal advice throughout the deal lifecycle from structuring to integration.
• Draft stock and asset purchase documents and manage legal due diligence.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to assess and mitigate transaction-related risks.
• Manage outside counsel to ensure high-quality support and cost-efficient resource utilization.
• Implement scalable best practices and leverage AI tools to enhance deal efficiency and knowledge management.

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required.
• 5+ years of experience as an M&A attorney in a top law firm or relevant in-house role.
• Proven experience leading transactions from diligence through closing.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and structuring complex M&A agreements.
• Experience working with modern legal-tech tools and AI to improve client experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
