What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize current procurement processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers for indirect materials.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements with key suppliers.
• Manage the procurement budget and track spending against targets to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement management.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CPSM or CPM.
• Experience in implementing procurement process automation or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with sustainability and green procurement practices.
