Procurement Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition, vendor selection, ordering, delivery, and payment.
• Design procurement workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures, and support adoption across the procurement team.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management for indirect material and service suppliers.
• Manage procurement budgets, spending targets, supplier consolidation, contract renegotiation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, inventory, and department stakeholders to forecast demand, reconcile invoices, and ensure material availability.
• Maintain vendor data and ensure procurement activities follow company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive procurement management experience, including process optimization and indirect material sourcing.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is strongly preferred and considered a key advantage.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, indirect material categories, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Analytical skills with experience in data analysis, process mapping, procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, or Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement laws, anti-bribery requirements, compliance standards, and ethical practices.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CPSM or CPM.
• Experience implementing procurement automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of sustainability and green procurement practices.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments with complex indirect material needs.
