What you will do

• Manage end-to-end contract manufacturing projects from concept initiation to final delivery.
• Develop and facilitate supply chain sourcing strategies and guidelines aligned with business requirements.
• Establish contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies by evaluating technical and business risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships with external manufacturing vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from demand planning to final delivery.
• Negotiate commercial and technical terms to ensure vendor performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or sourcing, preferably in toy or consumer products industries.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product costing, and vendor management.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Willingness to travel to China and Southeast Asia as required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
