Contract Manufacturing Supervisor (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage contract manufacturing projects from concept initiation through product finalization.
• Coordinate cost, schedule, quality, capacity, and delivery targets across a regional manufacturing vendor network.
• Develop sourcing guidelines aligned with business requirements and product categories.
• Evaluate technical and business risks and establish contingency and mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build strategic partnerships with external manufacturing vendors.
• Conduct commercial and technical negotiations, monitor vendor compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or sourcing, preferably in toy manufacturing or consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product costing, and vendor management.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, business, and project management skills.
• Strong written and spoken Cantonese and English are required.
• Willingness to travel to China and Southeast Asia as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in toy manufacturing or the consumer products industry.
• Mandarin language skills.
