MRO Strategic Sourcing Manager

Location: Onsite in Shenzhen Futian 1 Office, Shenzhen, China

What you will do

• Develop local MRO commodity strategies aligned with global commodity management strategies.
• Identify and qualify suppliers, prepare and conduct RFPs/RFQs, evaluate proposals, and lead preferred-supplier selection.
• Lead negotiations for master agreements, statements of work, change orders, and other procurement contracts.
• Analyze total costs, ROI, pricing benchmarks, and alternative sourcing options to improve value and competitiveness.
• Manage supplier relationships, supply and contract risks, performance reviews, disputes, and improvement programs.
• Improve sourcing and contract lifecycle processes, ensure negotiated terms are reflected in contracts, and support management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in MRO or related category management and/or strategic sourcing.
• Experience with sourcing and contracting tools such as SAP and/or Oracle.
• Contract negotiation, vendor management, influencing, cost-model analysis, and understanding of contractual, IP, and labor-law risks.
• Project management, organizational, analytical, presentation, and team facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
