What you will do

• Develop and maintain reports, models, and dashboards to drive operational decision-making.
• Analyze inventory levels and movement to identify storage optimization opportunities.
• Execute warehouse space initiatives, including racking modifications and inventory re-slotting.
• Forecast inbound shipments to ensure adequate storage capacity and timely putaway.
• Recommend inventory transfers between distribution centers to balance network capacity.
• Collaborate with DC operations on location configuration and system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Boston Heights, OH, USA.
• Ability to travel approximately 15%, including out-of-state travel.
