Service Sales Engineer - North - ICS Cool Energy Ltd (HVAC)

Location: Bradford Euroway Industrial Estate, covering the North East and Yorkshire regions of the UK. The role includes customer engagement, office collaboration, and customer site visits.

What you will do

• Promote and sell service solutions to new and existing customers in HVAC and process cooling.
• Generate leads, build the sales pipeline, convert opportunities, and achieve sales targets across the assigned territory.
• Conduct customer site visits and assessments, then propose suitable maintenance, repair, upgrade, replacement, and lifecycle solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on process chillers, temperature control units, related equipment, and installations.
• Grow maintenance agreements, planned service contracts, renewals, repair sales, parts sales, and replacement opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and coordinate with marketing, technical, service, operations, and QHSE teams.

Requirements

• Proven sales and customer relationship management experience, preferably in HVAC or refrigeration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer advisory skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical service solutions.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Right to work in the UK must be confirmed for the country of application.
• A valid driver’s licence and ability to drive in the country of application are required.

Nice to have

• Qualification or applied experience in engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC service, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and lifecycle solutions.
