What you will do

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and provide management with data on pricing and competitive activities.
• Prepare service product offerings and calculate sales prices using company quoting tools.
• Monitor sales activities and maintain CRM records, including visit reports and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, or aftermarket solutions in an industrial environment.
• Understanding of industrial equipment, compressors, and compressed air systems.
• Technical degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in quotation preparation, contract negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and manage a territory.
