Sr Industrial Engineer (Capacity Planning)

Location: Korat facility, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. On-site manufacturing role; no travel required.

What you will do

• Develop equipment and tooling capacity plans aligned with capacity commitments, product roadmaps, and cross-functional requirements.
• Manage equipment capacity to support demand fulfillment and business targets.
• Define equipment deployment plans and realign capacity for operational execution.
• Analyze capacity and capital requirements, including what-if scenarios for business decisions.
• Consolidate equipment assumptions, technology roadmaps, and planning inputs for short- and long-term planning.
• Design automated workflows and digital solutions for capacity and resource planning while applying Lean and Industrial Engineering techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Background in Industrial Engineering or capacity planning.
• Good knowledge of hard disk drive manufacturing and slider operations.
• Experience with database systems, data analytics platforms, and simulation tools.
• Ability to query, analyze, and interpret data from database systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication required.
