What you will do

• Perform AFM image analysis and data interpretation for Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters.
• Troubleshoot and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for AFM equipment.
• Support system calibration, qualification, and performance verification activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis to investigate measurement or equipment-related issues.
• Collaborate with process engineers to optimize measurement methods and system performance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain comprehensive analysis documentation.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in metrology, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SPC, GR&R, and measurement system analysis.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze measurement data to identify trends or abnormalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with AFM, metrology equipment, or precision measurement systems.
• Basic knowledge of data and image analysis.
