Associate Supply Chain Leader (Warehouse Operations)

What you will do

• Complete a structured six-month leadership program with training, professional development workshops, business-area exposure, and networking with supply chain leaders.
• Develop knowledge of partner relations, coaching, partner development, and supply chain operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify causes of equipment damage, and take action to meet goals and extend equipment life.
• Promote facility safety and ensure compliance with internal practices, external policies, procedures, guidelines, governance, and OSHA regulations.
• Work with partners and leadership to align teams with daily business goals and resolve customer inquiries.

Requirements

• 1+ year of related experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of the industry and related EEOC and employment laws.
• Strong organization, time management, analytical, project management, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center and office environment, across multiple temperature zones, and follow facility safety requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
