What you will do

• Ensure successful delivery of client projects with control over quality, profitability, scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Oversee project setup and kick-offs, monitor delivery health, identify issues early, and act as the first escalation point.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and provide guidance and issue resolution during challenging project stages.
• Manage resourcing across projects, forecast capacity needs, and balance skills, availability, and business priorities.
• Lead and develop the Project Management teams, including career progression, recruitment needs, and team performance.
• Standardise and optimise project management processes, contribute to pitches and Statements of Work, and enable AI where appropriate with human oversight.

Requirements

• Experienced senior delivery or project management leader able to oversee complex client work across multiple departments.
• Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on project profitability, resourcing, scope, and delivery performance.
• Ability to challenge ineffective ways of working, resolve blockers, and drive practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across clients, project managers, technical leads, product leads, and department heads.
• Detailed, action-oriented, resilient, collaborative, and comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback.
