Technical Delivery Manager (TDM)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of client integration projects from kick-off through go-live and ongoing support.
• Coordinate software development and solutions engineering resources against project plans.
• Lead client requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical delivery plans.
• Demonstrate the integration platform and explain its capabilities and business value to clients.
• Triage delivery blockers, resolve issues with Solutions Engineers, and escalate complex cases to a Solution Architect when needed.
• Track progress, report to the COO, manage client stakeholders, and line-manage in-house Solutions Engineers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical delivery, project management, or a related role.
• Good understanding of software systems and integrations.
• Strong technical background or demonstrable technical knowledge, with the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
• Experience in an iPaaS, integration platform, or B2B SaaS environment.
