New Product Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and release BOMs and product structures for complex modules.
• Define and implement manufacturing, testing, and sourcing strategies for new products.
• Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets for medium-complexity modules.
• Perform 3D solid-model analysis, including Master Layout and Digital Mock-Up reviews, and provide design-for-assembly, design-for-test, sourcing, and operational-efficiency feedback.
• Manage engineering changes, including NSRs, ECOs, CCB actions, SPSs, and ESWs.
• Lead managed builds, provide manufacturing training and technical support, and resolve product issues through root cause corrective analysis and long-term corrective actions.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of new product manufacturing engineering and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information and sound judgment.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, explain complex information, and build consensus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in noisy environments and, when required, in a clean room using personal protective equipment.
