What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of technicians responsible for manufacturing operations and equipment maintenance.
• Own and optimize Assembly and Test manufacturing equipment to meet uptime, yield, and productivity targets.
• Drive equipment reliability through root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and FMEA.
• Manage quality containment and excursion activities to minimize production and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve factory health challenges and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, equipment engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SPC, root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, FMEA), and GMP standards.

Nice to have

• Specific experience in Semiconductor Assembly and/or Test manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or an MBA.
• Experience with technology transfer and production ramp activities.
