Associate Engineer MFG OPS (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide engineering support for safe, stable, and efficient semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Monitor operational activities, manufacturing resources, processes, and equipment to support daily production goals.
• Support manufacturing metrics including cycle time, throughput, prototype success rate, fab output, and shipment commitments.
• Support automated manufacturing and assembly tools and maintain accurate capacity-planning assumptions and Units Per Hour data.
• Analyze operational performance, investigate process issues, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality, productivity, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and equipment systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or another high-volume manufacturing environment.
