What you will do

• Turn company strategy and commercial priorities into a product roadmap covering acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Lead the Obesity product area and own measurable commercial and patient outcomes.
• Balance commercial opportunity, patient needs, clinical safety, compliance, and execution risk when making product decisions.
• Improve how prospective patients understand and enter the service, while increasing proposition performance, retention, and long-term patient value.
• Work across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial teams to turn complex constraints into clear product choices.
• Use AI personally to improve the quality and speed of product work.

Requirements

• Experience leading product for consumer digital products with direct accountability for acquisition, conversion, or retention outcomes.
• Experience working in regulated environments and translating regulatory or clinical requirements into product decisions.
• Exceptional product judgment, commercial judgment, and product craft, with the ability to make difficult trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to determine when experimentation is valuable and when conviction and speed are more appropriate.
• Evidence of personally using AI to materially improve work.
• Strong stakeholder management across executive, commercial, clinical, and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital healthcare.
• Experience with subscription, recurring-revenue, or direct-to-consumer business models.
• Experience using AI-native workflows to design, prototype, and ship product experiences end to end.
• Experience owning a product experience end to end, including acquisition and retention.
