What you will do

• Own, execute, and revise the approved healthcare industry strategy across Product, Sales, and Solutions.
• Build NHS-specific go-to-market campaigns and develop industry-relevant positioning and market narratives.
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to shape new healthcare solutions and influence roadmap priorities.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, Demo, Delivery, and Pre-Sales teams with healthcare expertise and strategic deal support.
• Build healthcare market eminence through thought leadership, industry events, client roundtables, and analyst engagement.
• Develop industry revenue targets, pricing strategies, strategic accounts, and ecosystem partnerships.

Requirements

• Credibility in the UK healthcare market, including experience with NHS England, ICBs, and Trusts.
• Experience with data-led solutions and technology in healthcare or public-sector environments.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across Product, Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
• Resilience, initiative, energy, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building an industry-facing profile through speaking, writing, or a credible healthcare network.

Nice to have

• Experience in private healthcare, life sciences, or international healthcare markets.
• Experience with systems integration or technology consulting, preferably at a major systems integrator or consultancy.
• Technical acumen in custom demos, wireframes, solution design, big data, or data science.
• Knowledge of Entity Resolution, Graph Analytics, or Decision Intelligence solutions.
