Product Manager - Diabetic Eye Screening (Healthcare)

Location: Remote or hybrid in the United Kingdom, with travel to NEC offices and customer sites across the country when required. Candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. UK Security Clearance is required.

What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, product lifecycle, roadmap, market growth, and go-to-market execution for the diabetic eye screening platform.
• Research product, technology, market, and competitor trends and identify partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, demand funnel, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate technical teams, releases, customer communications, and delivery of scalable, quality, interoperable solutions.
• Represent patients, users, and customers through journey mapping, feedback sessions, user-centred design, and stakeholder management.
• Track KPIs, ROI, revenues, and costs; author business cases and support sales with product expertise, collateral, and training.

Requirements

• Experienced product manager with exceptional communication, presentation, influencing, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage changing priorities, and build trusted customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with product ownership, agile delivery, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements documentation, and release coordination.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK, with documentary evidence required.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
• Degree-level education or equivalent certification in product management, project management, business, or a technical discipline is advantageous.

Nice to have

• SaaS product management experience with demonstrable value delivered.
• Experience delivering AI or data products, including working with AI-enabled development teams.
• Healthcare sector experience and international product scaling experience.
• Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery, with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
