What you will do

• Own product strategy, prioritisation, backlog health, and iterative value delivery for the diabetic eye screening platform.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and users, lead feedback sessions, and represent user needs in product decisions.
• Map end-to-end user, patient, and data journeys and collaborate with design teams to improve usability and experience.
• Gather and document requirements, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate releases of scalable, quality, interoperable solutions.
• Track KPIs, ROI, revenues, costs, and customer outcomes to support prioritisation and business cases.
• Enable sales, marketing, communications, and implementation teams through product collateral, training, and go-to-market support.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering customer-focused products.
• Strong product backlog, requirements, release coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems, create options, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is required.
• Ability to satisfy UK Security Clearance requirements is required.

Nice to have

• Experience as a SaaS product owner delivering measurable customer value.
• Experience delivering AI or data products and working with AI-enabled development teams.
• Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery methods.
• Healthcare sector experience and familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Experience scaling a product internationally.
