Senior Product Manager - New Bets (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Identify and size market opportunities through user research, market analysis, and emerging-trend analysis.
• Develop product visions, business cases, experiments, and hypotheses for new opportunities.
• Lead the design and development of MVPs with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Define success metrics, assess results, and recommend whether to scale, pivot, or sunset initiatives.
• Operate as an internal founder, aligning stakeholders and securing resources for new initiatives.
• Contribute to the long-term product roadmap and innovation strategy while keeping patient needs central.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial experience as a founder, early-stage product leader, or intrapreneur launching new products or business lines.
• Experience taking ideas from concept through launch and early scaling.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Ability to synthesise market data, customer insights, and business analysis into product and business strategies.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with experience aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity about using technology to solve complex healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes.

• Healthcare or telehealth experience.
