Lead Product Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, lifecycle, backlog, and value narrative for registry products.
• Lead and develop product managers and product owners through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership.
• Research customers, users, markets, competitors, technologies, and third-party solutions to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional execution.
• Represent customer and patient needs through user research, journey mapping, feedback sessions, and user-centred design.
• Define KPIs and OKRs, track product ROI, and ensure scalable, interoperable, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SaaS Product Manager with demonstrable value delivered.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
• Experience owning product strategy, backlogs, requirements, business cases, delivery outcomes, and product performance.
• Ability to work across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery environments.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is required; UK Security Clearance is also required.
• Degree-level education or equivalent certification in product, project management, business, or a technical discipline is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI or data products and working with AI-enabled development teams.
• Healthcare-sector experience and familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Experience scaling a product internationally.
