Change Manager (Finance Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead change management activities across Finance Transformation initiatives with varying levels of complexity and risk.
• Map and segment impacted stakeholders, develop personas, and create targeted engagement approaches.
• Assess change impacts and define the support required for successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Plan communications and collaborate with Communications, Project, Programme, and Finance stakeholders.
• Support training needs analysis and contribute to learning plans for affected Finance teams.
• Monitor business readiness and adoption, managing risks, dependencies, actions, and resistance.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering change management within large transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans, change impact assessments, readiness plans, adoption plans, and related change deliverables.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, role-relevant messages and practical actions.
• Experience tracking actions, managing dependencies, documenting plans, and reporting progress.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting finance transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled change.
• Change management training or certification such as Prosci ADKAR or APMG Change Management.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated operational environment.
