Business Change Manager (12-Month FTC)

What you will do

• Develop and implement human-centred change strategies across transformation programmes.
• Identify stakeholders, build alignment, assess resistance, and integrate mitigation plans.
• Conduct impact and change-readiness assessments for business and technology changes.
• Work with Learning & Development and subject matter experts to assess training needs and design learning pathways.
• Create targeted communications and facilitate coaching, workshops, and other change interventions.
• Track adoption, engagement, and competency metrics while assessing impacts on customer journeys and outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• End-to-end experience delivering people-centred change within business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels and supporting leaders through transition.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, create stakeholder communications, and develop actionable change plans.
• Knowledge of organisational design and operating model change.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications.

Nice to have

• Professional Change Management certification such as Prosci or APMG, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of the change curve and behavioural responses to change.
