What you will do

  • Develop and implement human-centred change strategies to promote adoption and reduce resistance.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to build alignment and integrate mitigation plans.
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments to evaluate the scale and scope of upcoming changes.
  • Collaborate with L&D to assess training needs and design effective learning pathways.
  • Craft and deliver targeted communications to build awareness of change impacts across stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to embed new ways of working and operational models.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Hove, UK.
  • Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering people-centred change within business or technology transformations.
  • Deep understanding of the change curve and behavioral responses to organizational transition.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment.
  • Knowledge of organisational design and operating model change.
