Salary: $89,100–$127,700 USD per year. The stated compensation range also applies to roles posted in the United Kingdom, Canada, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, and Spain.

What you will do

• Lead change management for large transformation programs in partnership with project and program teams.
• Analyze who is affected by change, how they are affected, and what they need to be ready for go-live.
• Partner with senior sponsors on high-impact sponsorship activities.
• Develop and adapt practical change plans as business priorities, stakeholder needs, and program requirements evolve.
• Measure adoption, progress, impact, and value using qualitative and quantitative indicators beyond training completion.
• Communicate change clearly to leaders, managers, end users, project teams, and program stakeholders, using AI tools appropriately in daily change management work.

Requirements

• Approximately 7–10 years of change management experience on programs affecting large numbers of global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated delivery of clear and measurable change outcomes, with specific examples of actions and results.
• Experience measuring change adoption beyond training completion metrics.
• Comfort using AI as part of day-to-day change management practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both end users and executive sponsors.
• Experience working closely with senior sponsors.

Nice to have

• Prosci, APMG, or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve change management work.
• Experience working with Program and Project Management, Learning, Operational Excellence, and Portfolio Management Office functions.
