Graduate Business Readiness Specialist (Operational Readiness): Supporting technology, process, and operational change initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, documentation, communications, and training materials with an accent on stakeholder engagement and service improvement. Focus on coordinating release readiness, supporting early life processes, and helping business areas adopt change across a financial services and healthcare technology organisation.
Location: Stirling, UK; hybrid working is available in line with business requirements.

What you will do
- Support IT and operational change initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform operational readiness activities, including requirements gathering, testing support, procedure updates, communications, and training materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare business areas for upcoming changes.
- Support release management and early life support processes.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and management information.
- Participate in process reviews and identify service improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate eligibility: graduated within the last two years or due to graduate in 2026, with at least a 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant studies include business management, project management, business information systems, operations management, economics, communications, business studies, or change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, planning, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, and deadlines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new technologies and digital tools.
- Interest in AI, automation, data, and technology-enabled business change.
Nice to have
- Experience communicating with customers, clients, or stakeholders through work experience, internships, placements, volunteering, or part-time employment.
- Exposure to project work, business change, process improvement, or project delivery principles.
