What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for Crayon and hirify.global partners.
• Develop strategic partner plans with governance models and executive-level engagement.
• Understand partner businesses, strategies, and challenges to secure ongoing initiatives.
• Own sales and delivery processes with partners.
• Monitor the Western Australia market, competitors, trends, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and leadership teams to accelerate joint business growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing channel partners in a sales capacity, preferably in the IT industry.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hosting environments, and hybrid and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of software licensing and cloud subscriptions.
• Strong technical understanding of hybrid, public, and private cloud.
• Ability to build relationships, networks, and trust with IT executives.
• Strong understanding of customer businesses and multi-vendor licensing, with a strategic approach to value-based sales.
