What you will do

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners including resellers, GSIs, and MSPs.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure within the partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams on territory planning and alignment to maximize partner-sourced revenue.
  • Create and drive enablement plans, including advanced training and certifications for partner sales and technical teams.
  • Embed AI tools and workflows across the partner lifecycle to evolve joint planning and customer engagement.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to leadership regarding metrics, progress, and overall business health.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and security solutions.
  • Experience managing partner programs including tiered structures, MDF, and SPIFF.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level executives and influence partner strategies.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to deliver in ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership.
