What you will do
- Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners including resellers, GSIs, and MSPs.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure within the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams on territory planning and alignment to maximize partner-sourced revenue.
- Create and drive enablement plans, including advanced training and certifications for partner sales and technical teams.
- Embed AI tools and workflows across the partner lifecycle to evolve joint planning and customer engagement.
- Deliver regular business reviews to leadership regarding metrics, progress, and overall business health.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and security solutions.
- Experience managing partner programs including tiered structures, MDF, and SPIFF.
- Ability to engage with senior-level executives and influence partner strategies.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Ability to deliver in ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership.
