What you will do

  • Develop and execute the regional MSP channel sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential MSP partners in priority markets.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships within key MSP accounts to ensure long-term strategic alignment.
  • Lead joint selling motions and drive partner-initiated pipeline growth.
  • Enable partners through structured sales programs, joint business planning, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue performance while providing regional market intelligence to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and mid-market technology sales with significant exposure to Managed Service Providers.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling MSP or channel programs across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, digital workspace, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.
