TL;DR
Senior Legal Counsel (EMEA) (SaaS/legal): Leading enterprise SaaS contract negotiations and providing commercial, privacy, employment, corporate, and cybersecurity legal support across EMEA with an accent on sales agreements, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional legal projects. Focus on drafting and redlining MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and related contracts, advising product and business teams, and improving legal processes across regions.
Location: Remote, focused on the EMEA region

What you will do
- Lead the drafting, redlining, negotiation, and execution of SaaS enterprise sales contracts, including MSAs, GTC/ToS, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Advise Sales, Marketing, Partners, Product, People, Finance, and other business teams on commercial, privacy, intellectual property, information security, corporate, employment, and labor law matters.
- Review and negotiate partnership, procurement, marketing, and other business agreements across EMEA and globally.
- Support new product initiatives, feature launches, cybersecurity compliance, and emerging legal-risk assessments.
- Lead legal training, cross-functional legal projects, policy development, process improvements, and governance initiatives.
- Coordinate with external counsel and support legal strategy, documentation, and continuous improvement across regions.
Requirements
- Law degree and bar admission in at least one European jurisdiction.
- At least 4 years of experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating sales contracts.
- Direct experience supporting enterprise Sales teams with MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Terms of Service, and related SaaS agreements.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracting and the EU legal framework, with knowledge of UK and/or U.S. law preferred.
- Excellent English language skills required.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, organizational, analytical, and independent project-management skills.

- In-house legal experience in SaaS or a fast-paced technology company.
- Knowledge of UK and/or U.S. law.
- Experience using AI tools to improve legal productivity, decision-making, and work quality.
