Senior Legal Counsel (AI)

What you will do

• Support the General Counsel in developing and scaling the legal function.
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts with customers, partners, and service providers.
• Advise employees and business stakeholders on commercial contracts, privacy, data protection, corporate governance, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Assess legal risks, provide practical advice on commercial transactions, and help protect the company’s reputation.
• Resolve complex matters involving multiple stakeholders and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal & Compliance.
• Work with the Ireland legal team using a follow-the-sun working methodology.

Requirements

• US-qualified lawyer with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in related legal areas.
• Deep knowledge of commercial contracts, particularly in technology and SaaS.
• Solid understanding of commercial law and the business consequences of legal issues.
• Strong judgment, analytical ability, organization, and communication skills.
• High standards of professional ethics, integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, solve problems creatively, and work in a dynamic environment.
