In-House Counsel (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, England, UK; hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in the London office

What you will do

• Negotiate and draft agreements with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors.
• Support commercial negotiations across the EMEA region and assist with global legal matters.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Review marketing materials and initiatives for legal and commercial considerations.
• Manage high-volume, repeatable transactional work while supporting strategic and unique legal issues.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• Qualified lawyer, admitted to a bar and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience with transactional training and experience.
• Strong agreement drafting, negotiation, communication, and commercial judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times.
• Ability to work from the London office 2–3 days per week as part of the hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
• Experience negotiating with large corporations or public sector entities.
