Senior Legal Ops Specialist (AI): Reviewing and preparing high-volume B2B commercial contracts and waiver documents for the US market with an accent on legal risk analysis, negotiation support, and AI-assisted document workflows. Focus on validating contract logic and project data, improving AI prompts and workflows, and coordinating revisions across sales, executives, and external counsel.
Location: Remote from Serbia, Spain, Cyprus, Poland, or Georgia; working hours are 8:30 am–5:00 pm New York time.

What you will do
- Review B2B commercial contracts and identify risk clauses, inconsistencies, ambiguous wording, and errors.
- Prepare structured comments, suggested revisions, and documents for executive review across multiple negotiation cycles.
- Analyze conditional and unconditional waivers, checking project data, financial figures, and release provisions.
- Manage document workflows, versions, review stages, and status updates in ClickUp or similar systems.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI tools for issue spotting, redlining, comparison, and summaries while validating outputs manually.
- Coordinate with sales managers, external counsel, and internal teams on disputes, mediation, landlord matters, trademarks, and compliance issues.
Requirements
- Law degree and 5+ years of experience in contract review, legal support, paralegal work, or legal operations.
- Experience reviewing B2B contracts, handling difficult negotiations, supporting external counsel, and working independently as an individual contributor.
- Familiarity with legal frameworks and contract practices across multiple jurisdictions.
- Fluent English and Russian at C1 minimum.
- Practical experience using AI tools and writing prompts for contract and document analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word or Google Docs, including tracked changes, comments, PDF review, and version control; strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, judgment, and written communication are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or other project-based industries.
- Understanding of US commercial contract logic and state-specific contract nuances.
- Experience working in remote international teams.
