Project Manager - Outbound Logistics (m/f/d)

Location: Based in Szczecin, Poland, or Cheb, Czech Republic; substantial time on the warehouse floor with regular travel to other fulfillment centers.

What you will do

• Analyze warehouse safety, quality, speed, productivity, cost, and overall operational efficiency.
• Observe outbound operations on the shopfloor and work directly with warehouse teams to identify performance drivers and bottlenecks.
• Use operational data and KPIs to define problems, establish baselines, test hypotheses, and identify root causes.
• Design and pilot practical workflow, layout, and system improvements in live warehouse operations.
• Drive validated initiatives from concept through implementation in collaboration with Operations, Data, Product, and Technology teams.
• Document improved processes as SOPs and support consistent standards across warehouses.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations, ideally in high-volume e-commerce, retail, 3PL, or automated fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound or outbound fulfillment, picking, packing, stowing, and cycle-time optimization.
• Ability to work directly with operational data and KPIs, identify trends, test hypotheses, and translate findings into shopfloor actions.
• Practical Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with shopfloor teams and communicate effectively with Data, Product, and Technology specialists.
• Fluent English is required; fluent Polish is mandatory for Szczecin and fluent Czech is mandatory for Cheb.
