Logistic Project Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover)

Location: Ostrów Wielkopolski or Wrocław, Poland; flexible work schedule and possible home office solution. A relocation bonus is available for candidates based more than 100 km from Wrocław.

What you will do

• Coordinate supplier deployment projects, including SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN, and GTL.
• Manage implementation progress by monitoring milestones, negotiating solutions, and overcoming resistance to change.
• Collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers, and external partners across the EMEA region.
• Support deployment projects and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
• Improve supplier onboarding processes and deployment standards within the global delivery organization.

Requirements

• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• 1–3 years of experience in production and/or logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience with supplier onboarding is a strong advantage.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA, ideally in SAP MM and cross-functional procurement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, and structured solution-oriented skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Additional foreign languages.
• Experience training, influencing, and guiding users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and standard IT applications.
