Junior Supply Production Planner

Location: Hybrid work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week, with occasional visits to production sites.

What you will do

• Plan production and monitor order timelines to prevent disruptions and identify risks to on-time delivery.
• Communicate daily with external factories, audit production status, resolve issues, and escalate urgent risks.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, root causes, delays, and actionable improvements.
• Improve order-placement workflows and information flow between hirify.global and production partners.
• Pilot and roll out tools and processes such as order-tracking templates and factory onboarding frameworks.
• Coordinate priorities and workflows across Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent Polish and good written and spoken English.
• Clear and assertive communication across all channels.
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week and visit production sites occasionally.
• Ownership, strong organization, attention to detail, and a practical approach to solving problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in production, operations, customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast decision-making.
