Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland, with a mandatory 4-6 month initial training period in Hamburg, Germany.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day multimodal logistics operations including ocean, intermodal, and trucking.
• Ensure the highest standards of shipment quality, on-time performance, and exception handling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external escalations to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team in improving data quality, shipment milestone timeliness, and adherence to internal KPIs.
• Follow and refine standard operating procedures (SOP) to drive efficiency and process automation.
• Represent the company value proposition during business implementation for new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations in Poland.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Knowledge of local Port/Terminal software systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Hamburg for 4-6 months for training, followed by permanent relocation to Warsaw.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation.
