TL;DR
Senior Supply Chain Specialist (Forecasting, Replenishment and EDI): Owning group-level supply chain performance across multiple European markets, with an accent on demand forecasting, replenishment, supplier reliability and inventory health. Focus on scaling automation and process improvements, implementing EDI collaboration, and solving cross-market availability, waste and data-quality challenges.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home.

What you will do

  • Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for complex, high-volume categories across multiple markets.
  • Manage KPIs including availability, forecast accuracy, freshness and waste reduction, and drive corrective actions.
  • Own supplier operational performance, including OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy and lead times.
  • Build supplier improvement plans and use EDI processes to improve operational collaboration and data quality.
  • Lead scalable process and system improvements for automation, data visibility, forecasting and replenishment.
  • Partner with Category, Operations, Finance and Tech teams, lead improvement projects end-to-end, and support junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment or inventory management, ideally in FMCG, retail or e-commerce.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or markets and improving availability, waste and supplier reliability.
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, data modelling and BI tools.
  • Practical experience with EDI processes and electronic data exchange with suppliers.
  • Advanced English and fluent Czech or Slovak are required.
