Location: United States — California — Orange County; territory includes Orange County and San Diego, California. Domestic travel and overnight stays may be required. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700, plus a Sales Incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Promote 's oncology product portfolio and educate healthcare providers on appropriate product use.
- Manage relationships with hospitals, large group practices, managed care organizations, institutions, and other priority accounts.
- Generate demand for products within assigned accounts and territory.
- Develop territory, account, and customer plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Assess customer needs, provide appropriate resources, and overcome access challenges with healthcare providers.
- Cultivate relationships with oncology key opinion leaders and collaborate across a matrix organization.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or oncology healthcare professional experience with key oncology leaders or high-influence customers.
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare professional work and strong business acumen.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical, scientific, and disease-management information to diverse customers.
- Proficiency with complex digital applications and ability to adapt to evolving technology models.
- Valid U.S. driver's license, compliant driving record, and permanent authorization to work in the United States by any employer are required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of oncology sales experience.
- Experience in gynecologic oncology.
- Master's degree or advanced healthcare professional degree.
- Experience working with institutions, NCI centers, and key opinion leaders.
